This role involves developing drug products by studying and optimizing the characteristics of active pharmaceutical ingredients, as well as the formulation, manufacturing processes, to enable entry into entry into domestic and global markets.

The Engineering / Facility Management Team is responsible for the stable operation and maintenance of production equipment and utilities (such as electricity, HVAC, and water systems). Through preventive maintenance and prompt response to equipment failures, the team minimizes production disruptions and ensures that facilities comply with GMP standards. In addition, the team contributes to improving production efficiency and product quality by introducing new equipment and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

The Logistics Team oversees the end-to-end flow of materials, from raw material receipt to finished product distribution. It is responsible for inventory control, storage, transportation, and shipment, while ensuring appropriate storage conditions to maintain product quality. Through accurate inventory management and timely delivery, the team contributes to overall supply chain stability.

The Quality Control Team conducts testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to determine their compliance with quality standards. By generating accurate data based on validated test methods and verifying results against established specifications, the team ensures product safety and efficacy. Management of laboratory equipment and validation of analytical methods are also key responsibilities.

The Production Support Team provides comprehensive support to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. This includes preparation of raw and packaging materials, management of the work environment, and assistance with production processes. By collaborating closely with other departments, the team plays a key role in enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.

The Manufacturing Team is the core department responsible for the actual production of pharmaceutical products. In accordance with manufacturing instructions, the team performs processes such as weighing, mixing, filling, and packaging. By strictly adhering to GMP regulations, the team ensures product quality and consistency, while also engaging in process improvement and efficiency enhancement to achieve production targets.

The Quality Assurance Team oversees the company-wide quality system and ensures that all processes are carried out in compliance with GMP standards. The team is responsible for document control, deviation and change management, internal audits, and training to proactively prevent quality risks. Ultimately, the team performs final product release, taking responsibility for maintaining the company’s overall quality integrity.

We continuously identify market and customer needs to propose optimal solutions, driving company revenue growth and strengthening the competitiveness of our products in the field.

We establish visual strategies that reflect brand identity and product characteristics, and plan and produce various design assets such as packaging, promotional materials, and digital content. We work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance message delivery and strengthen the trust and competitiveness of our products and brand in both domestic and global markets.

This role analyzes market conditions and trends to establish strategic product positioning, plans and executes various marketing activities to maximize brand value, and collaborates with the sales team to implement effective promotional strategies, thereby driving the growth of our products in domestic and global markets.
