- All employees of the company must strictly adhere to fair trade laws and regulations. The company will not tolerate any conduct that could result in sanctions under the Fair Trade Act.
- Employees in managerial positions are responsible not only for their own conduct but also for that of their subordinates. Employees must inform their subordinates of the company’s voluntary compliance regulations regarding fair trade.
- No employee has the authority to direct, participate in, approve, or condone any violation of the Fair Trade Act.
- Any employee who has concerns regarding past, present, or future actions under the Fair Trade Act must consult with the Compliance Officer or a designated representative.
- All employees of the company must continuously receive training on the Fair Trade Compliance Program and Code of Conduct and put them into practice.
- Above all, the commitment of top management is crucial to voluntary compliance with fair trade laws. Top management must lead by example and strive to foster a culture of legal compliance among employees.
