Anti-Corruption Policy

CMG Pharmaceutical has established and hereby declares this Anti-Corruption Policy to achieve sustainable growth as a global company by practicing ethical and transparent management.

  • All employees of the Company shall comply with all applicable domestic and international compliance obligations.
  • The Company applies a zero-tolerance policy toward violations of compliance obligations, including acts of corruption by employees.
  • The Company establishes, continuously manages, and improves a compliance management system capable of achieving the objectives of anti-corruption and compliance management.
  • The Compliance Officer shall have the authority and independence to operate the compliance management system and shall have a duty to report directly and regularly to the governing body.
  • Employees shall not give or receive any money, gifts, entertainment, or bribes from stakeholders in the course of their duties.
  • Employees are responsible for managing compliance issues and reporting them to the Compliance Officer.
  • If an employee becomes aware of a compliance violation, including acts of corruption, they must immediately notify the Company. The Company guarantees the anonymity of the whistleblower and the confidentiality of the report, and protects the whistleblower from any adverse consequences resulting from the report.
  • If an employee violates compliance obligations or fails to take reasonable measures to prevent a violation despite being aware of it, the Company shall not assume liability on behalf of the employee and may take disciplinary action in accordance with Company regulations.
